- What is Permanent Jewelry? It is the process of where we custom fit a chain and then tig weld a jump ring securing the chain. The jump ring replaces the clasp. It is then “permanent” because you cannot remove it.
- Is the jewelry really permanent? No. It can be easily cut off with scissors.
- If I need to remove the chain for some reason, how would I do it? Simply cut the jump ring with scissors.
- How long does it take to get a bracelet made? Basically, your unique experience will be five to ten minutes long. The fitting and prepping takes the most time. The actual welding takes only a few seconds.
- Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be at least 16 without parental consent.
- Will the weld break? No, the chain will always break before the weld if you got it hung up.
- Will you refund or fix a broken chain or a chain that I had to cut off that you welded? We have a 100% lifetime warranty. The first 30 days includes replacement against loss. After that, as long as you have the chain, we will fix it free of charge. We do not give any type of money refund. All sales are final.
- Is there any danger in the welding? There is no risk in the welding, however you should not look at the spark with the naked eye as is the case with any welding. It can damage your retina.
- What jewelry do you create? We do bracelets, anklets and necklaces.
- How many styles of chain do you have? At present we have a dozen styles to choose from.
- Do you have charms for your chains? No, at this time we do not offer charms. We hope to in the near future as we expand our selections.
- What are your chains made of? We use quality 925 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Fill, 14k Rose Gold Fill and 14k Gold.
- What are your prices for the permanent jewelry? We have different prices. At this time, bracelets are set at $60 sterling and $80 gold fill. Anklets are set at $75 sterling and $95 gold fill. All Necklaces are by the inch.
- Do you have a store location? No, we are a mobile business.
- Where do you create your jewelry? We vend at Flea Markets, Farmers Markets, County Fairs and other types of shows and festivals.
- How can we know what event you will be at? Scroll down to “Follow Us”. We keep an updated list there. Flea markets are weather permitting. You can always email us for a definite answer before any market or event.
- Do you have a market that you set up at often? Yes we do. When we are not attending an event you can find us at the Wilmington Vermont Flea Market. A very nice 40+ year market.
- Do you schedule appointments? At this time, we do not do any appointments.
- Can I host a home party or pop up event? Possibly, depending on the specifics. Just contact us for details.
